Cancellation Policy: -If you must cancel your reservation and we are notified at least 14 days prior to your scheduled session date, we, will refund your payment less 5% of any deposit paid. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days from your scheduled session date (but more than 72 hours before your scheduled session) you will receive a refund less 10% of any paid deposit. If you cancel for any reason inside of 72 hours prior to your scheduled session the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the session and no refund will be given. All sessions booked inside of 72 hours are final and non-refundable/non-transferable. Orange Beach Family Photography LLC cannot be held responsible for and will not issue refunds for personal inconveniences, health related issues including COVID 19, family emergencies, injuries, winter road conditions, flight delays/cancellations, public transportation delays or traffic jams/accidents. When you book your session we reserve a specific time for your group and instantly begin turning away all other potential guests for that session date and time. Clients will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. **NO SHOWS or cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the entire price of the session booked.
